Yo people, here is the consent form you will have to print, fill up and submit on the day of the competition.
Please double check your weight category and keep to it. Lose weight if you have to.
On the competition day itself remember to bring along your NRIC and/or EZ-link card for verification.
Participants are to submit a $20 entry fee.
Regarding any queries, please look for the J2 exco or the teachers-in-charge.

Side note:
I would recommend that you guys cham-whore during the competition so that you will have new photos(non-facebook) to put on the noticeboard.
